Stock Product Shipping Guarantee

Guaranteed shipping on stock products!  Send us an email of the disposable product(s) you'd like to try.  We'll send you a sample pack and will only bill you for the freight charges.  Upon the placement of your first full order for any of the sampled products, we'll issue full credit for the freight charges billed on the sample shipment!

Due to occasional service and order fulfillment issues over the last several months, we have moved the company into a dedicated warehouse, with dedicated office and warehouse staff.  This means better and faster service on all orders placed with our company.  It also means that a live person will be available to answer any questions you have via telephone or email.  Orders are processed nearly as soon as they are received.  Orders received before 2 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day.*  Orders received after 2 p.m. PST will be shipped the following business day.*

Our goal is to offer the best (and fastest) order processing and fulfillment service possible to our customers on all products we offer.  If any normal stocked product* is not shipped by the following business day, we will issue a 5% credit against the cost of the item (not including freight). 

The majority of products on our site are actively stocked.  Stock Products are indicated with "This is a stocked product" note at the end of the product description.  A small number of products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Due to logistical requirements, products that are drop-shipped require additional processing time and are not covered under our Stock Product Shipping Guarantee.

* Does not include items marked as "Drop-Ship".  These products are drop-shipped directly by the manufacturer and are beyond our control to guarantee shipment by the following business day.
