Sample & Information Request(s)

Need samples to try of any of the disposable products we offer?  Send us an email of the disposable product(s) you'd like to try.  We'll send you a sample pack and will only bill you for the freight charges.  Upon the placement of your first full order for any of the sampled products, we'll issue full credit for the freight charges billed on the sample shipment!

For sample requests, or general information on our company or website, fill out the form below and click on "Submit" once completed.  We'll respond back as quickly as possible (generally the next business day, although we do try to answer questions as quickly as they are received).  For sample requests, we'll reply back with the exact freight charges to be billed for the sample order.  Remember - charges for sample requests are credited against your first full order for any of the sampled product(s).
